BILL COULOMBE is a comic book enthusiast that turned it into a full time job.  He always had a passion for comics since childhood, and channeled that passion by founding Y Comics, following in the tradition of Alan Moore, Stan Lee, Grant Morrison, and many more.

He is best known for his work on Kinetic, an independent superhero series. Debuting in 2018, Kinetic has sold over 12,000 copies as of February 2020.

Kinetic owes much of its success to Bill’s impressive convention schedule. He’s become a staple at conventions in not only the Pacific Northwest, but also around the entire United States. In 2018, he appeared at over 20 conventions; in 2019, more than 30! In December 2019, Bill successfully launched the Kinetic, Volume 1 trade paperback on Kickstarter.

Bill loves discussing the art of independent comics, appearing at panels at many conventions, as well as taking time out to talk to up-and-coming creators. He is also the host of The Under the Mask Podcast, discussing the super process behind super heroes by interviewing fellow creators.
